The Power of Affirmations: A Path to Positivity and Personal Growth

In a world filled with stress, self-doubt and the constant barrage of external influence, it is easy to lose sight of our inner strength and potential. We often lose that spark of positivity in our inner voice and feel lost on how to move forward. Affirmations are not just words but they are tools that can shape our thoughts, beliefs and most importantly our actions. Getting started can be the hardest part, so with the help of Silk and Sonder we’ve created a list of 40 affirmations that encourage body positivity, self confidence and setting boundaries.

39. Having clear boundaries makes it easier to enforce them
