All of our classes are held in our non-heated studio, which is kept at a cozy 76 degrees. We believe your hard work and sweat should come from within, rather than being added from the outside. *The minimum age to attend with a parent is 14 (unless an exception has been pre-approved by staff) and 16 unaccompanied. All students under 18 must have a parent sign their liability waiver before taking class.*
