Yoga Sculpt
The doorway that joins the flow and fitness worlds. A little bit of breath, movement, mindfulness and weight work. No yoga experience necessary, just grab your weights and get ready to go!
Power Yoga
The bread and butter of our study and Alex’d favorite format to teach. Jump in for a 60 minute journey that challenges the physical body, but more importantly deepens your understanding of how to utilize your muscles to the fullest. You never know what you are capable of until you try, and Alex will teach you to harness your internal fire. It is recommended that you have some experience with yoga to get the most out of these classes.
HIIT
This 30 minute plyometric HIIT class will be sure to leave you sweating and smiling! Coach Ashlee loves to make you work hard while giving you low impact and alternative options. She’ll motivate you to be your best and you’ll have fun doing it!
Fundamentals of Yoga
Never taken a yoga class before? This is where you start! Begin to learn the verbiage and some poses that will soon become familiar to you. No experience or level of physical fitness necessary.
Core Express
Core express is our favorite short format option. Alex created this class to give you that oh-so-good abdominal burn, and keep you excited about core work. There are many different ways to strengthen and stabilize the core. Today’s ladder drills is all about endurance. Take breaks if you need to or just push through this 16 minute class!
Restore
Options for both upper and lower body, these classes are a great way to rest and reset. We always recommend having props like bands, straps, blocks and pillows nearby for these juicy classes. No experience required.
