After a long, hard year as a teacher, the May FlowFIt retreat was the perfect getaway! It was a lovely mix of yoga, candle-lit meditation, and HIIT workouts interspersed with free time, campfires and time to connect with fellow attendees. The lake setting allowed me to put my phone down and enjoy the beautiful outdoors. Alex and Ashlee made sure to make us all feel welcome regardless of our yoga experience level and food preferences. Even though most of us were strangers at the beginning, we were all friends by the end. I can’t wait to attend another FlowFit retreat!
