I’m Brand New

Welcome to the beginning of your journey. This is a super exciting first step! We recommend you start with our ‘Fundamentals of Yoga’ classes to start to learn the lingo. If you are more interested in strengthening and cardio, Ashlee’s HIIT classes are super accessible for all levels and she’ll make you comfortable and confident. Remember there is a learning curve when it comes to starting yoga. The lingo, the poses are all new to you, so give yourself time and try not to get frustrated, instead imagine where you will be a month from today!

I’m Consistent or Practice On and Off

This is great! Good job sticking with your practice, or at least coming back to it time and time again. If you have a decent amount of experience we recommend you start with an intermediate class or a lower level power yoga so you can start to get used to our teaching style and cueing language. Take a moment and visualize where you want to be a month from today. Focus on that visual, start practicing and watch your body and mind transform through this powerful practice.

I’m Super Dedicated

Awesome, you are familiar with most of the common postures and transitions! If vinyasa or power yoga is your jam, we still recommend starting with any of the ‘level 1’ power yoga classes so that you can get used to our teaching styles and unique formats. Your practice shouldn’t be boring, so get ready for challenging and engaging movement and techniques! There is no limit to what you are capable of, practice with us and experience the benefits of a strong practice like you never have before.
